I get this question a lot. And honestly - I don't know. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Often, cats first switched to a raw will eat voraciously for a few weeks when they're first transitioned - and then they level off.
As a very rough guide, I can tell you that in my house, each adult cat (weighing in around ~12 lbs) eats about 200 grams (7 ounces) each day, split between two or three meals. Or four. Whatever works that day.
Around here, meal frequency depends on the human's schedule and the cat's mercurial moods, the weather, and how busy they've been breaking lamps and toppling furniture during mad chases around the house. (I've detected a cause-effect relationship between appetite and destruction of household items. The more they break, the hungrier they are. But that's hardly scientific. )
